Worst service I have received from a bank ever. They were giving me so many issues and I just went to the one in Webster instead and it ended up taking a total of 10 minutes. Management needs to communicate with staff as far as policy and procedure goes.

My husband and I usually go to the Dudley branch and I must say they have a very knowledgeable group there. I especially like to give Shana and Shanon a thumbs up for their attentiveness to our needs and their professionalism.
