“today I was at TD Bank and witnessed this very rude man demanding that the employees do some thing that was against TD policy. The employees were professional friendly trying to redirect him in a very polite way and the man was totally obnoxious and rude in front of all of us. He actually threatened them and it was very embarrassing for all of us to watch the employees be abused by this extremely rude customer. The team at TD was professional friendly nice even in the company of this horrible adversary. “was looking for a car loan. i had used SCU a few years ago for a auto loan and i had a good experience so i thought i would contact them again. at first when i called, i received service that wasn't so good. fortunately, i called back and i was able to speak with Candy at the Hobbs Brook Branch. she was fantastic - patient, knowledgeable and thorough. she gave me plenty of time to get my loan processed and accounts set up. i was able to close in a couple of days. really enjoyed my experience”

Considering they are located within a Stop 'n Shop I was expecting sub-par service from employees with mediocre knowledge. Instead, what I found were excellent staff, who remembered my name, my usual transactions and recent work I was doing or had recently done ("Hey, were you still looking into that line of credit?
