“I was able to find this establishment on Google maps. I decided to call and knew it was towards closing time of the establishment. I called because I did not want to show up at end of day without an appointment. I spoke to Jack via phone and he said stop on by. I was at the place within 15 minutes of the call. Jack took me in right away and took care of my matter within 15 minutes. Jack was extremely nice and professional I advised Jack if needed I will come again. Jack took care of my tire that had a huge nail inside of it. Thanks Jack for your help much appreciated.”
“Come here all the time for full service gas (originally a Jersey girl) and whenever I have a nail in my tire. They also have free air (although the machine was broken last time i needed it). The employees are honest and able to do the work right then and there. $20 to fix a tire with a nail in it in less than 10 minutes. It’s so nice to have a place like this in the community!”
“Purchased 4 tires here, I first stopped by and spoke with Nelis about what tires are available for my car, I took her recommendations home and reviewed my options. I made my purchase on line, set up my appointment.I received a call form Nelis, to delay the installation, as the tires had not arrived. I received a call back the next day to confirm a new installation time, they had the tires. Sometimes you just have to go with it,I recognize it not easy to deal with the public all the time, my 5 stars are for Nelis, for going above and beyond for customer service. She saw me in the parking lot trying to secure the cover on the spare tire, that had not been connected properly by another employee, he had been equally useless when I informed him the cover was not attached properly and asked him for help. Nelis came outside to inquire if everything was alright, and she repositioned the cover and placed it on properly.Thank you to Nelis, you represent BJ tire customer service AAA+”
