“I received excellent customer service from this new management team. The manager (Teddy) treated me and my cousin like old friends after meeting us for the very first time. He worked carefully to make sure we got discounts we were entitled to and gave us a good deal on an mustang convertable upgrade! Along with the good service Teddy engaged in conversation that was relatable and interesting. We could have sat there and chatted all day. I am so glad we took a chance and decided to do business with HertzCar Rental-Dedham Bridge Street. I'm looking forward to my next visit in a few days and I know my experience will be excellent again if not BETTER! I hope to post another 5 star review about my rental experience!”
