“Can’t get any better than them! Always on point and get exactly what I need done in a timely manner. Have never had a problem with anything I’ve gotten done here from brakes, oil changes, headlights, alternator, etc they have always taken great care of my car. Reasonable prices and always call if anything else needs to be fixed and ask if I want to do it which is great to be updated throughout the process. As a young women, I see some getting taken advanced of, but never here. they’re honest and hard working!! Will never take my car anywhere, but here. Truly grateful!”

“I went with my wife on a day trip to cape cod Saturday 8/11/24, we were on our way home when both of my fuel tank straps had broke dropping down the fuel tank. It was late and nothing was open so we got a hotel for the night. We woke up the next morning and located the parts we needed and started calling every mechanic around us and finally got in touch with Tony’s. I’m not from this area, nor do I know anyone at this shop in anyway so my review here has no bias and I’ll give you my honest opinion.

And honestly… Overall this place is an absolute home run, I talked to Tony the owner (I believe) and a couple staff members on the phone and the staff there is absolutely great, the lady at the front desk offered to get us Ubers, Uber eats or DoorDash and even rental cars, she gave us the remote to put whatever we wanted on the tv and just tried to help in anyway possible to make us as comfortable as possible and we really appreciated that especially being from out of town and not knowing anything around us. They really were great, so nice, inviting and helpful.

Which brings me to my next point, the shop here is beautiful!! The waiting room is very clean, nice chairs to sit in, there is charging ports for your phone, free water and some soda, a keurig, snacks you name it. You can tell they care about their customers, their establishment and the work they do.

Not only did Tony have someone pick up the part for us because we had no car and are from out of town, they snuck us in, on a Sunday when no other mechanic would. When I say no other mechanic, I mean it. Tony’s was the ONLY SHOP willing to help us and I’m truly greatful. We were in an out within a couple hours and they even had customers ahead of us.

They also use shop monkey like my mechanic back at home which is an absolutely fantastic app that keeps you updated every step of the way, with pictures and pricing. It creates great transparency and I love that in a Mechanic. The work was done fast and efficiently and we are now safely home with our pups thank to Tony’s great staff and mechanics.

Tony’s set up the tow to the shop for us as well and even picked us up from our hotel and brought us to the shop.

From getting us a tow, to picking us up and bringing us to the shop, to picking up our part, sneaking us in on a Sunday, being fully transparent about the work with shop monkey and having amazing staff this place really went above and beyond and if I lived around the area.. this would be my MECHANIC!

I’d honestly give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could! If you need a mechanic, a tow, auto body work or even a rental car Tony’s is your one stop shop!

“If you want to experience true customer service, have your oil changed here. Every one of these guys are great. They checked my tire pressure and changed a small bulb that was out in my headlight. “In the past I haven’t been the biggest fan of quick oil change facilities due to 2 particular experiences. The manager had such an easygoing but yet confident demeanor that won me over and I decided to have my coolant changed. The cost was considerably cheaper than the dealership, service was completed in considerable less time and he vacuumed the front of my car. This was all done in view of a clean and comfortable waiting area that I only needed to be in for 15 minutes. I feel it is the management of the Fairhaven store that makes it stand above.”
