“Dropped car off over the weekend. ( no appointment ) Car was sputtering and vibrating. Check engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem Monday morning. Repaired without telling me I needed 200 other things. Got car back 3 hours later. Could not have asked for faster or more honest service.”

“I’ve gone to Safe Way in the past for an inspection and had a great experience. But what I love is that they’re partnered with AAA for roadside assistance. I had a nail in my tire this morning and Chad showed up and had the spare on within less than 30 minutes of sending in the claim! I work in home care and rely heavily on my car. “I’ve never been to JR super lube in Fall River. Normally we have an account with our work trucks 22 in total, I needed an oil change, but I did not feel like going to where we have an account with due to the fact that I drop my truck off in the morning and they call me at 5 o’clock to come pick it up for an oil change. I am constantly driving all over New England. I cannot have my truck down for a day I went to JR. Super lube in Fall River and the technicians were under my truck to get an oil change and let me know. That it was not a smart idea to give me an oil change because my oil pan was leaking and told me I was down 3 quarts of oil in my brand spanking new truck regardless of the situation they put 3 quarts of oil in my truck and did not charge me For anything. Now I do business with lots of companies and a lot of people. And you do not see service like this anymore. They were honest, honest and straight up, regardless if they were making money or not. I respect that. I am definitely canceling my account and bringing my fleet vehicles to JR Super lube honesty means a lot to me. Now I wish I knew the two gentlemen names that I was talking But thank you . I recommend going here to 100%”

“I chose this place because of the good reviews. My truck's windows were stuck. Other mechanics told me it would take hours to diagnose and fix. At Adelino's, however, they fixed it almost right away (about an hour or two), and at a fair price. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience!I don’t usually write reviews but …I had a nail in my tire that I wanted patched from the inside.Originally I went to Firestone (just because it’s closer). I made an appointment but it took an hour to be seen just for them to tell me that the location of the nail made it unable to fix. I would need a new tire which they wanted to sell me. I was pretty sure that wasn’t true and I was being taken advantage of so I wanted to try somewhere else.I called Dave’s Tire around noon and got an appointment for 3:30 the same day. I was in and out in half an hour. They showed me the nail that was removed and it only cost $25 (versus $31 quote from Firestone). Everyone was super nice.I know where to go next time! Highly recommend!”

“Pulled up ,Guy open door I drove in opened hood gave guy miles on truck , told him I saw some oil on pan they checked an did oil change, topped off fluids , They also checked differentials an they did tell me what they seen wrong an was something they did not do repairs on .. (main oil seal)”

“These guys are awesome I usually do all my own work and happened to be driving when my oil change light popped on. I was driving to get oil and happened to pass Valvoline and it was empty so I stopped. I was a little confused when they started checking lights but I guess they go through everything on the car which is good but other places lack this effort. They went over everything and made some suggestions also, well worth the 85$ when it would have cost me 65$ for oil and filter myself”

“I went in for an oil change and I had my two-year-old daughter with me I was worried that it may take long and she would get impatient but the guys were phenomenal they were very informational the oil change was very quick they even went the extra mile showing me some issues that I was unaware of with my car it was a great experience one of the guys even gave my daughter a lollipop they now have a forever customer I will definitely be returning great customer service thank you to the guys at Valvoline on Fall River Ave. in Seekonk”

“Was able to make it there after getting a flat and no spare. I'm always nervous to go to shops I've never been to before. They could have sold me a brand new tire knowing I wouldn't have really had a choice. They were able to patch it up for me super quick and get me and my kids on our way.”
“I brought my car here on a whim. I read the reviews and I literally brought my car here based on what other people said. My car was bouncing all over the road and I was kind of desperate for last minute tire shop. I am the kind of person that goes off what people say, and I have to say having picked up my car from them I am very pleased with the work that they did. Not only did. They diagnose the problem very quickly, they were even able to fix my daughter’s tire on her rental car within six hours. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged us a very fair price. They got my car already for inspection and left me feeling very confident that all of my issues were resolved. I definitely will be returning to this tire shop in the near future, if I ever need anything else fixed. it is nice to know that you can go to a mom-and-pop automotive shop and still get the high-quality service and care that you need and expect.
