“Dave is a very friendly, helpful and honest mechanic. That day a piece of metal started to hang under my car and make scratching noises while driving over bumps. I stopped by at Dave’s place. He was very kind to put aside his work and checked my car. He explained to me what it was (heat shield) and removed the hanging part for me without charge. Thank you Dave.”

“Came in just after 9am on a Sunday morning for a battery swap. The only staff member on duty (another was evidently late) was helpful and courteous despite being all on his own. Only surprise was the slight anxiety about installing a 12V battery on an EV; they have a display at the front advertising the same battery. In either case, he was quite helpful. Hopefully the other employee made it in later in the morning.”

When I went in for service my check engine light was on. The service rep asked if I wanted them to address the light being on. I thought that was strange. Why wouldn't they just connect the OBD scanner and tell me what the code tells them. I left with the check engine light still on. I'll deal with this myself.”
