“I was fixing my car. When I needed some sensors. Went to advance auto they gave me bummed sensors. Not only one I had to get 3. Went to auto zone same thing 3 bummed sensors Can't return them so I was out $ 329.00 so I was told to go to the dealer. The dealer they want way to much. To do anything. So I looked up other places I can go to get the sensors that I needed and hawkes had what I needed and yes they worked car is running grate. And paid less.. For all my parts I need for any car I fix I'll be going to. hawkes. ðŸ‘👔

“Brought my car in to get some damage on the hood of my car looked at. They immediately knew how to fix it. I thought my paint was damaged but it turns out that car wax cleans it right off. They showed me exactly what to get, and what to do to avoid scratching the paint. He told me “it’s a good thing you came to us, other places would’ve charged you to repaint the whole hood.” I think he’s absolutely right. I was able to clean my whole hood up for 20 bucks worth of supplies. They are very professional, and knowledgeable there. “I'd never been there before but my niece said they were better than Auto Zone was , and she's in Maine.I had a challenging fuse to identify and two men were helping me. One went to look at fuse panel in my car while other one on computer researching. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to return or call if I needed to.The store was nicer than competitor's. It had a pleasant smell and had a calm feel to it , even though there were constant customers.The parking was ample, and easy to access since the store located at junction of Lowell Street and route one in Peabody. You can enter from either.I live in Danvers, but it was worth the extra few minutes drive. I'll use them from now on.”

“I have a 2023 full size Range Rover and someone backed into me causing a softball sized dent right below the driver side rear break light. The body panels on this vehicle are aluminum and very difficult to reaper, much more so than steel. Most body shops do not have the talent to work on aluminum. I received several quotes from shops that do and they were "off the wall insane", over $5,000 for one little dent. These shops were recommended by the Range Rover dealer. I had Brian, the owner of Inline Autobody look at the dent and he said "no problem". They work on aluminum. The repair was perfect, paint match was perfect and for a fraction of the price I was quoted from the other shops. These guys are pros!And, I suspect any negative reviews, there is more to their story than they are telling you. Inline Autobody is professional, job was perfect and ready when they said it would be. “I have had a rough BMW ownership experience to be sure. My 2022 X5 has been nothing but a total nightmare to own with issues seemingly every month. I recently relocated to the Boston area for work and after a really rough service experience at another dealer in the area, I selected BMW of Peabody. I scheduled my appointment, arranged a loaner car and headed over there. Jeremy was my service advisor and he was so friendly and respectful. One of my biggest complaints recently was a loud air noise coming from the sunroof. Jeremy had the shop foreman come over and take a look and he identified the issue instantaneously. It has been to 2 other service centers (not in Boston) and they were unable to duplicate the issue. I took off in my loaner feeling very comfortable that I may have found my new service center in my new hometown. Jeremy called me later that day and told me my car was done — I was SHOCKED. It is nearly unheard of to have multiple concerns addressed and the car returned the same day. I was thrilled. I can’t recommend this service center enough, and in particular, Jeremy. He is outstanding. This team may have restored my faith in BMW, but at the least, they have many other manufacturers in their dealership group. Thank you, BMW of Peabody, and thank you, Jeremy!”
