“I had purchased a phone ? online at a great price and brought it in to the River Street T-Mobile* location in Waltham Massachusetts. Upon arriving at the store I was kindly greeted by smiling and attentive associate (assistant manager turned out) she let me know there were a few people in front of me but it wouldn't be too long before I would be "helped"Within 5 minutes of browsing over some new technologies they were promoting I was taken care of by a Sales Tech named Speedy* ....Let me tell you she was very accommodating and generous with her time.Five ?Stars”

“One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”

“Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!”
“Okay first off let me tell you i was having a terrible day, lost my phone didn't know my pin.Got told at a different metro store that theres nothing they can do to help me.Called metro customer support and was told the same thing.I went to this metro to cancel and ended up telling Samantha what was going on and with in 15 minutes, i had a phone with my same number and she helped me change my pin.Something that two other metro employees said was impossible.10/10 would go drive out of my way to go to this branch.”

“I’d like to take the opportunity to share about an outstanding interaction I had with Sofia at the AT&T store in Waltham, MA. I was helping my father navigate through getting a new phone (upgrading from a flip phone to an iPhone) and was so fortunate that Sofia “took us under her wing,” so to speak, and expertly guided us through (what could have been) a very complicated process. She was empathic and took the time to understand exactly what my father needed in terms of the technology. She was careful not to overwhelm him (or oversell him), making it a seamless experience for both of us. Sofia was professional, supremely knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator. “Went in to get a SIM activated on a new phone/line we added. In and out in under 5 minutes. No lies, no upsells, just got it done and we're happy customers. Had an awful experience in a different Verizon store a few days earlier in the next town over where they tried to get my wife to buy a brand new phone rather than the one we had (including trying to make her think the one we had, a Pixel 4, was "too old" to get activated). I understand these stores can be hit or miss in terms of pushiness and competence, but kudos to this one for having someone with integrity.”
