“Attention to detail is the first statement that comes to mind. I had my leased Subaru Ascent cleaned/detailed/touched-up prior to returning it to the dealership, after my 3 boys had their way with it (one of whom decided to engrave his name in the paint with a rock). Grant was not only able to touch up the paint, but provided a complete front to back and interior/exterior service that truly revitalized it. If you’re looking for quality, look no further. He’s also detailed an Indian motorcycle (Vintage Darkhorse) that I had, helped to keep it the head-turner it was. Highly recommended.”
“Matt and his team (shout out to Chris) are great to do business with right from the very beginning. Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it. We are looking forward to many years of the beauty along with the ease of maintenance that ceramic coating offers. Next… will be to tint the front 2 windows. 5 Star service all the way.”

“The service was very nice but the car wash was unable to get the bird poop off my car. We went through twice and it was still stuck. We thought about going again with their satisfaction guarantee but we decided it wasn’t strong enough. We went over to self-service station and were able to remove the bird poop with their washer. I would go back to the self-service station but not sure the drive-thru is strong enough for stuck on dirt/poop.”
“Highly recommend the Shrewsbury Scrub A Dub! I’ve had a monthly car wash subscription for over 3 years and it’s worth every penny. I am at the car wash at least once if not twice a week— The unlimited vacuuming is perfect for anyone with who wants to keep their car looking and feeling brand new. This particular location is the only one I go to because Jon and Gavin keep the place running smoothy. The vacuums always work, the trash is emptied several times a day, the grounds are well kept, and they do a great job on washing the car. Five stars for customer service, value, and overall experience.”

“Just got my car back from Turnpike Autobody.
Dave and co. repaired a gouge in the car by the rear door. It involved filling the gouge and spraying three panels with a three-layer paint job. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great.
In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed.
I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please.
I would highly recommend Dave and his team for body repair, paintwork, and service.”
“I signed up for their monthly car wash membership because the carwash actually gets my car clean, even the rims. They hand dry everything to avoid water spots, and the people there are very friendly and professional.”
“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“Great car wash. The manual wash side is always fully supplied unlike the one on Central Street that was out of soap the last two times I went there.
I just wish they didn’t have a maximum charge for those times when the jeep is really muddy. I then have to pay $5 to finish rinsing. But with how clean and bright everything is, it is my go to car wash even though there’s a manual car wash closer to my house.
Prices are reasonable and the property is always clean and everything is in good working condition and as I mentioned always stocked with all of the soaps they offer”

But not when you leave washco car wash shines better than the day we bought her”
“Our family has used Lube2Go's car detail service for years. They are consistently excellent and reliable (except 1 time when our appt got dropped years ago). The owner is very hands on, and steps in to provide customer service when necessary.You can't go wrong with L2G! Best to book directly, than go through Grpn IMHO.”

“Best car wash ever! I'm not sure that I'm exaggerating. I love keeping my car clean. I usually hand wash and wax, but if I do use an automatic car wash, I go out of the way to use this one. It is touchless and has excellent pressure. It has everything you expect and then some. Things like double wash, with a presoak. One of my favorite features is the double air dry. It uses the wash mechanism first and then an overhead as you exit. That guarantees a spotless finish!”

“Prices are reasonable. Place is always clean. Good selection of choices. Only down side is there are no dryers. Noise complaints from the neighbors forced them to remove the dryers.Great place though. I like coming here.”
