“First let me say this place is great. The automatic car wash is excellent best in the area in my opinion. They actually wash your car before it goes through and that makes all the difference in the world from what I can see. They now offer touchless automatic as well as brushes. And they finish off with a free dry with their towels.I was so impressed with the way the owner runs his business and also gives back to the community so I decided to try the $150 exterior detail and not sure how much they did since it was a rainy day. I'm talking monsoon rain on 2023 Marathon Monday. So it was difficult to see the work when I picked up the car since it was raining out. But the exterior was beading up.The one thing I def. noticed was my rims brake dust was still on the rims. I could remove it with a finger.Also Somebody traced "clean me" with their finger last year on the hood and it still was visible after the $150 exterior package. That was very surprising to me since I was told they use orbital type tools and claybar as well.My clear coat is coming off on the roof and on the hood. I was hoping this service would restore some of its shine or get rid of some of the white haze but it didn't. Maybe I was looking for miracles but I was a little disappointed since when I booked the appt. I asked the kid if it would improve it. They said it would.What is strange is that the interior was cleaned up. Some stains on my leather was gone. That's not usually part of the package. So my sense is that on a rainy day they focus more on the interior than the exterior. The only other explanation is that they did $150 interior job instead of the exterior job. I would really like to know because if they can get my exterior clear coat looking better I'd pay another $150.”

“Definitely the best place in the area to go for an oil change. Fair price and you get a free car wash with it. The staff is super friendly as well, will definitely be coming back in the future!!”

“It’s a good size car wash with plenty of space in each wash bay. However it wasn’t accepting my paper bills, I tried $1’s, 5’s, and $20’s!… Go figure…”

“I'm not giving splash 5 stars because I worked for mr. Porter back in the 90's. It's giving 5 stars because no matter how busy they are they are very consistent with a clean car every time threw. I have yet to be disappointed with water spots or holidays from the wash missing a huge spot. The staff is always hustling. They wash the whole car before it goes threw. The towel dryer takes his time and gets it wiped regardless of the line. They offer all kinds of options for detail services as well. One time I went threw and the owner said please bring it threw again I am not happy with the result. That my friends is old school service. I've paid more at other washes and had to re wash when I got home. Not with SPLASH, one and done, I love this place. Keep up the great work.”

“Honestly this is the best car wash around! I have lived in Leominster for 3+ years now and just so happened to drive past them by accident one day, which I am so happy that I did!A.Obviously the price is phenomenal! For just $5 you can get a decent simple wash...And obviously as the price increases (& not by alot, which is another plus) you can add more and more of a detailed wash job!B. They have Free vacuuming after buying even the cheapest wash. And the vacuums are better than 95% of the car washes I have been too (which are many bc I am a 40 yr old mother of 2 ?)All I have to say is just give BIG STEVE'S CAR WASH in Leominster, MA a try & you won't go anywhere else, promise ? ?!”
