“Paul's Collision and Repair is listed as an MAPFRE insurance CAR EZ partner for collision / body repair, and was closest to me, so I used their shop to have some recent body work done on my 2010 Honda Civic. Terri and Alexis, the mother and daughter owners (RIP, Paul <3) were just so, so wonderful to work with. They know auto body inside and out, and were incredibly helpful through the entire repair, and insurance/rental car, process. They helped set up the rental, and even picked me up/dropped me off at home (pretty close by, but it was raining!). Not only that, but they also were really fun to chat with about all things auto repair, as I waited for the rental in their little lobby. I would highly recommend them for a quality, and very quick, job well done. :]”

“Catalino and his entire crew are awesome! I had gotten into a bad accident after Christmas that left me dealing with a shady insurance during the holidays and New Year.

Everybody at FM Auto made the process 10 times easier as soon as they got involved. They dealt directly with the insurance and kept me updated on the progress of my car. They do phenomenal work even when it seems like it's a total loss and are upfront with you about everything.

I've lived up and down the East Coast and these guys are some of the best body shop mechanics I've ever gone to. 10/10 would highly recommend them to anybody.

“Mike did a great job after I scraped my car up against a pole. He even popped out a dent I made in my bumper and it wasn't covered by insurance. “Amazing people work here. whenever an employee has been unsure of having an answer to any of my questions they make sure to ask other employees. I've never been told "thats not my job" or "I don't know" by any of the staff. finding products throughout the store is pretty easy but staff is always willing to help locate just what u need. If ur part is not in that store they will order it or send a driver to grab it from another location. This Advance Auto definitely impresses me and I highly recommend anyone in need of auto parts or accessories to visit this location. employees here also install wiper blades and batteries and also test charging systems and run check engine codes for free. they also will charge car batteries for you if needed. very knowledgeable about many repairs if u ever need advice and would seriously tell people to give any employee whom comes out to your vehicle to assist you a nice TIP. trust me they earn them and deserve them. if u read any of my other reviews u will see I'm not easily impressed and no I don't work here or have any friends whom do. this place has earned my respect and a great review solely on their own merit nothing else. this location should be the training model for every other Advanced auto”

“Matthew provided me outstanding customer service. He was kind and professional, and really went above and beyond to help me. He coordinated with the local mechanic who had my car and he helped save me money with them, since my parts were under warranty. I didn't have a good experience with that garage and if it weren't for Matthew's coordination with them, and the reassurance and help he gave me, I'd have been much more stressed. He also gave me lots of good advice and referred me to a different mechanic for the next time, with whom I just had a great experience. He was super duper professional about all of it. Kudos to Matthew, he is definitely management material! His people skills are top notch!!”

“If you need a reliable "Point A to Point B" daily driver, check out Smith's!! They are good, honest folks. I've bought a bunch of cars here over the years and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences! I purchased one about 2 months ago and the transaction literally couldn't have been more seamless. The gentleman who helped us (I think he's the owner?) was very pleasant and professional. The car is running beautifully, just like every other vehicle I've purchased there.

You won't find better deals, especially nowadays. They're my go-to for an affordable car -- they've always been the place to go to get a good, solid vehicle at an absolute bargain. They perpetually have a great little assortment of 4-5 cars for sale, so keep your eyes on their FB listings & lot because cars (understandably) go quick.”
