“if you live anywhere near enfield ,ct, get to this store. ms. audrey, the owner and the ladies that help are wonderful. the selection of gifts, jewelry, shoes , gifts ....on and on, is imaginative and fun. audrey has a great eye for really unusual and beautiful things. and she is amazing to talk to. she does chairitable things now and then , which is wonderful. enfield needs her shop because so much of our town is chain stores.she also carries some really fun art. they gift wrap purchases. where do you see that anymore? i love supporting women in business and i love supporting her as often as i can. do yourselves a favor and find her on route 5 in enfield. she also has a website”

“Hello my sister and I went to Kohl's while I was visiting Massachusetts. I did find a couple of nice tank tops for only $7.49 a piece which was absolutely amazing they were on sale thank God. To me Kohl's is a little pricey on their items. I got a pair of pants that I thought we're going to fit they didn't fit and I still have to return them although I'm in Virginia I sure hope they allow me to return them in Virginia as long as I have the receipt I should be good. I only go to Kohl's or bells or you know something of that nature with high price clothing when they have clearance sales. My sister said they always have stuff on clearance for plus sizes so that's why we went over there and unfortunately that plus size did not fit me. It ran small. And when we checked out the lady at the customer service counter she took care of my sister and she was very polite and kind and on the other hand I had a cashier that wasn't as kind so but overall I definitely would recommend this store for the good deals they got on clearance”
“One of the best selections for a Hot Topic. They are usually stocked with most sizes for the things they have, which makes shopping here a very awesome experience. Organized, (like most Hot Topics) and overall a recommended visit. They had some shirts I hadn’t seen before which is a plus.”

“I just wanted to give a shout out to Robin (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). She went above and beyond to help me find a dress that I really had my heart set on (unfortunately it was out of stock), but she made sure to check all her resources to try and find it. It would’ve been so easy to just check one source and give up, but she kept looking. She then helped me find another dress that I ended up loving even more than the original. And when someone returned the original dress, she immediately let me know and I tried it on, but it turned out I liked the other dress more. Thank you Robin for all your hard work today. You made this girl’s crazy day a little bit brighter!”

“I use Chico's longmeadow for retail therapy and have been enjoying my purchases for years. The clothing and accessories are fashionably distinct, comfortable and well priced. The sales associates are talented as advisers and attendants. Melissa the Manager is so good at what she does. I can't say enough about her. She puts a smile on my face every time! The store is always bright & beautifully merchandised. Love it!”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and employees of this Gap Store. My mother and I originally were running errands in the Longmeadow Shops. But anyone who goes to the Longmeadow Shops knows, it turns into a whole day event being at this place. Every store had a friends and family event sale going on. I was in need of some new fall attire, specifically a corduroy skirt. To save time, I did a quick search on my phone. Of course, it provided me with the gap located in the Longmeadow Shops after being there for almost 3+ hours shopping and dining. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by welcoming employee. I asked her where the particular item I was looking for was. She directed me to skirt section. Immediately looking at the section, they did not have the particular item I wanted. I went up to the front desk to see if they were able to order the item to ship to my house. The manager and employee looked up the item via the sku # from my phone on their pods. But they were unsuccessful in locating the item within the entire gap stock. We all found this odd since we were physically looking at the item on my phone. They then called corporate, turns out it is a Gap Factory Store item. I honestly had no clue between the difference of the stores, especially considering they had a J.Crew Factory Store in the Longmeadow Shops directory. Nevertheless, both of them understood where I was coming from and was extremely nice about the whole situation. All in all, they did locate and order the skirt I wanted through Gap Factory. I would like to add they were the only two employees I saw working on 11/2/2019 around 7:00 p.m. handling the entire store. Both of them simultaneously were managing the store (ringing other patrons out, answering questions, etc.) and dealing with the representative on the phone for over twenty minutes. Additionally, they honored the deal that was going on in-store at that time (40 to 70%+ an extra 20% off)! I was only going to order one skirt, but with the deal, I decided on purchasing two for the price of one. I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. It was my mistake that I did not know this was a factory store. But, instead of the employee/manager turning me away, they made sure I was able to purchase my intended items with a discount. I did not catch both of their names at the end, but they are complete rockstars at this store. I highly recommend anyone who reads this review to go, too. The store was large and was well stocked with women, men and children clothing.”

“Pros: They have so many great clothing options to choose from, they are always having really good sales.Cons: They sell clothes mostly for slimmer females i don't recommend this store for thicker curvier girls such as myself. I'd prefer Rue 21 if your a thicker girl looking for great clothing!”
