Verizon Business Services provides good service, though sometimes involves a long wait. Clients often have a look of satisfaction. The store is uncluttered, spacious and noise free, with a good vibe. The staff is really nice, helpful, patient, calm, friendly and personable. They treat everyone with respect and provide excellent, fine customer service. They work hard to solve problems, making processes quick and easy, even during complex tasks like transfers or data migration. They ensure customers get everything they need, keeping them apprised of progress. The salesperson sets a positive tone, managing customer placement fairly.
Verizon messed up a return. Came to return the device and manager Angel was able to figure out how to get the return accepted. Quick and easy.

The staff was really nice and helpful. They were patient even though they were closing up to make sure I got all of my stuff on to my new phone.

Rarely have I received such fine customer service as I got from Michael at the Chestnut Hill Verizon store. My old phone was worn out, and hard to transfer data from. He took the old and new phones from me curbside, worked on it for as long as it took, and kept me apprised of the progress until it was done.
