While on vacation, lost a pad on my eyeglass frame. Doc was super nice and fixed in a jiffy at no charge. Everyone in the place really nice. Thank you!

Dr. Cowles is great and I liked him very much. However, the demeanor of his office manager caused me a lot of angst and I decided to stop being a patient here.
