Terrible experience, scheduled an appointment stating I need a form signed for a medical condition. When the doctor arrived first thing he said rudely was “I don’t sign those I don't want to get sued.” Then asked why am I here. I’ve heard bad things about Puzio Eyecare and they are true. Go elsewhere.
