I was told when they took my money "it'll only be for two days"..two days go by."sometimes 3 to four days"..
you should've been honest from the start...Was also supposed to be $200..they tacked on for so many "fees" that it cost doubled that,and I had the car for only 24 hrs!

15 Transportation Wy, East Boston“rented a SUV 2 months ago while travelling in Maine and Boston. Car was washed and clean just before given to me. It was a hybrid Tuson. All ppl are very helpful and friendly, especially Diana, who answered all my questions patiently and pointed me the way to entrance to car rental center to return the car(I was worrying of getting lost in the complicated exit/entrance in airport). I did not wait for car, and I am glad I switched just days before travelling from another rental company at Logan airport, for which negative comments are posted about hours of waiting, to Alamo, which never disappointed me till now, in TX, DC, Boston... I hope next trip with Alamo would also be satisfying.”

“Big shout out to Liam, Olivia, Darion, and Cleber!!! Great service every time I rent from there, which is at least twice a month. My last rental I had made a reservation a couple of days before, and on the day I had to pick it up I woke up feeling so terrible I could barely get up. But I needed the rental so I had to force myself to get there. And when I did get there Liam seen how I was and immediately asked if was OK and offered me seat. After I told him what is going on, he told don't worry just sit there and he'll get me taken care of. And that was what he and everyone else there did. They all worked together to help me out. They have a really good team there, and I really appreciate them for helping out every time I go there, and for them just being great.”

This really meant the world to me bc when your car gets totaled the funds are low and for me I was unable to function at times bc I was swarmed with worry . However The General Manager, His colleague Riley and all of his staff treated me so well and again assisted me as they knew I was a fish out of water . And bc of the team here I was able to chill for some moments and for me that good , trust me.bThere kindness is second to none therefore I just have to take the time to leave them a receiew that I hardly ever do . But Enterprise Corporate should know that there Enterprise in Somerville has an outstanding team !
The Diligent customer service I received at Enterprise wowed me for sure. I'll be back bc I'm sure I will need a car to look for a car . The only regret I have is that it's slipping my mind at the moment of the name of the young gentleman who I'm pretty sure is the GM . I'm gonna guess and say Joe but I maybe arong ... “I will always use Boston Town Car. I dropped my phone after exiting the sedan and did not know it. 5 minutes later I called Mack Sanchez who sent my driver back to allow me to look in the car to no avail. unbeknownst to me Mack and Arlen Dos Santos began calling my phone and after repeated attempts found my phone which some kind stranger had brought to the Air Canada counter. Then going beyond the call of duty Mack sent Arlen, my driver, back to the airport to find me and let me know where my phone was. He literally scoured the airport to find me. I burst into tears at the commitment of these two amazing employees who found my phone. I am a customer for life of Boston Town Car- they greatly exceeded my expectations!”
