“The owner of the shop George was a breeze to deal with. I had to have a ton of work done to my brakes that the dealership had done incorrectly prior. Luckily I had a full warranty on the vehicle and he took care of everything. All he asked for was the phone number of the warranty company. Will be taking my vehicle here for all future car needs/repairs. They even washed and cleaned the car prior to pickup.”
“I highly recommend Guy’s Autobody. Brian, the owner, did a great job in repairing my son’s car due to an accident. Not only did he squeeze us in during a very busy time, he also intervened on my behalf with my insurance company to get a correct appraisal on the damage and allow proper time to complete the needed repairs. This helped us keep the rental car (which was covered by my insurance) as long as needed. (They were only going to cover the rental based on their initial estimate on the time needed to complete repairs. Brian was able to negotiate a more realistic
time frame with them). Brian was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed on everything during the entire process. I will definitely use him for any of my autobody work should the need arise again in the future.”

“I was really happy with my service at American Automotive Aftermarket. Jim Burns was very responsive and helpful while we scheduled my appointment to have a new tonneau cover installed on a Ram 1500. It would have been next day service except that I called too late in the day for Jim to get the part ordered for next day delivery. The new cover looks fantastic and was expertly installed. They have a nice, clean waiting room where you can bring your laptop and work while you wait. Highly recommended!”

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, I don’t know if they matched me with a dealer who drove the car I was interested in on purpose, but it was great to hear from someone who drove the car. There are a lot of Mazda dealerships in Boston, many closer to my house, but I went to the one that gave me the best price. Also, there are cute puppies”

“Archstone Auto Body was an initial shot in the dark. I went of reviews from other customers, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised. Hermann over there was wonderful to deal with, especially when describing what he thought needed to be done. I has a question about dropping the car off late on a Sunday, and I sent an email, which he returned promptly and pleasantly. When the work was done, he said he didn't like how it came out, so he had to respray the car. It's nice to have someone objective on your side. I picked the car up, it looked gorgeous, and it looks like I found a trustworthy and reliable shop in this area!! Thanks Hermann!!!!!”
“I worked with Mick to decide how best to handle my lease ending, I.e. buy out, lease a new car or buy new. He was very helpful without being at all pushy. He was patient, explained and showed me all the options. Once the new car was chosen he was very good at keeping me updated on the progress and timeline. Highly recommend.”

Simply on the phone they were kind and extremely helpful and thorough in helping me figure out what the problem might be. When I arrive there the gentleman at the counter, Andrew I believe, was equally friendly, organized and helpful. Less than 5 minutes after I left he called me to give me an update that he could already see having looked a bit more closely at my motor. Then we discussed the options.
This kind of service is unfortunately increasingly rare. I'm very grateful for having been referred to Chelmsford Auto electric ⚡??”

“High Q Auto Body - AMAZING!
These guys recently fixed the bumper and undercarriage to our Infiniti QX60. Insurance estimate was around $7,500 of damage and High Q fixed it better than new. The accident knocked forward cameras off alignment and High Q coordinated with the dealer to get this fixed, saving us time. All we had to do was drop off the car and two weeks later it was fixed like new. The shop is run professionally and with integrity that shows in the work. High Five for High Q!”
“I’m not much of a review writer but in this case if I could give Alan’s 10 stars I would. Professionalism and expertise was an understatement. I’ve dealt with auto body shops more times than I’d like to and these guys, by far, have exceeded my expectations. My 4 month old Bronco was t-boned by a dump truck and was in the shop and being worked on literally the next day. Mark kept my husband and I in the loop as to the progress of the repairs the entire time, had it back sooner than I had expected (much to my delight) and this truck was back looking like I had just driven off the showroom floor again. Honestly can’t express enough how impressed we are with not only the quality of the work, but the overall experience with Alan’s in general….they know what they are doing and they do it damn well. ✌️? thanks again Mark!!

“Just got my truck back after an incident where I went off the road and through the woods. Almost 360 degree damage. I was torn. The truck is brand new. Pearl white. With OVER 30K in damage. I didn't even want the truck back and was nervous about what I would be getting back and the process. They walked me through everything. Every step of the way. When I got my truck back, I'm telling you I could not see or tell there was ANY damage. Whether the panel was replaced or repaired, it looked brand new. “Needed a new wiper arm for my 08 Dodge Dakota. Most places simply say none and hang up but Penney's conducted a search of all auto parts withing 30 min drive and located one in Pelham, NH. I called and sure enough they (Jean-Guys Auto Parts and also 5 star service) had one wiper arm. They found the Dakota, removed the wiper arm, and charged me $20.00 - it was sitting on the counter when I arrived. Amazing.”
