“First, what I hate about Five Below! As a corporation it's making us do self-checkout - Y-ACK ? Now what I like about it! The associates are super friendly and helpful. You get greeted with a warm hello as you walk in the door and they happen to be there. Then, there is the selection of tchotchke, whether electronics, candy, makeup, etc you'll end up buying more than you thought you were planning.”
“Nice store, you can look for random stuff and find good things. I have got very nice party decoration items as well here before. You have to checkout yourself but the store staff is awesome and are always there to help you out whenever you need.”
“Manager changed, a little more staff, and the store looks much better.
Now if only customers could stop abandoning and/or hiding the things they decide they don't actually want to buy. Just hand it off to a staff member who can put it away.”

“Came across this location in August and it's a huge store with a nice variety of cute everything I ended up getting casual and pants there with sunglasses for 15 bucks. You can't beat it.! Service was kind of lacking there was really like one person and when you check out there's a bunch of self-service too.”

“My "GO TO" Lottery store for buying lottery quick picks & scratch tickets because I like the owners & I LOVE THEIR CAT! Great corner in Roslindale Sq right in front of a bus stop if you need to go to Forest Hills Station & across the street is another T stop going to Forest Hills and on the other corner is a Chinese Food place and next to this variety store is a bakery. Cool little store that has a nice vibe. LOVE THEIR CAT!”

“This is a fun and quirky 99¢ shop. You can find clothes, hardware, toiletries, kicknacks, and fish here. Most of the things I found were more than 99¢. But the prices were low and there were a lot of unique items.”

“I always enjoy visiting my local Five Below. The store is well-kept, clean, and organized, making it easy to find whatever I’m looking for, whether it’s a fun new gadget, some affordable home decor, or a quick snack. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the staff plays a big part in that. They’re always friendly and helpful, and I’m consistently greeted with a smile when I walk through the door.
One thing I appreciate about this location is how well-stocked it usually is. I rarely have trouble finding what I need, and if I do, the staff is always around to help out. Their customer service is definitely a highlight and makes every shopping trip feel positive.
However, the checkout process is where things could be a bit smoother. I wish I could use the self-checkout on my own, as it would make the whole experience faster and more convenient. I understand that the setup might be due to specific store policies, but it would be great if they could find a way to balance those with customer convenience. Even so, it’s not a deal-breaker, just something to consider. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to shop, and I always leave with something fun.”
“They are open! Easy to stop in and grab what you need! The owner is all about the community. I spent a good half hour talking to him. Security cameras installed. Watching the street and the building. They are just getting going again and I could tell he’s very motivated to be at 100%. I could tell he wants more for the store but has to rebuild. Completely worth stopping in.”

“The best sandwiches I have ever had. I used to go 35 years ago and I forgot all about this hidden gem. I started working in Watertown and looked it up and ordered and now I'm hooked. They pile on the meat and you get to pick your toppings. I have had 4 different sandwich and i'm OBSESSED with themI'm going to start getting my deli from them because their meat is soo fresh.BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!”
