“I had already done a great deal of research on the type of car and the price when I discovered a great match at Waltham Auto Gallery. I met Chris when I arrived to look at the car. Despite knowing I was very interested in the Kia Sorento on their lot, he was very friend and laid-back throughout the process, never applying any of the cliche high-pressure tactics one expects to encounter when buying a car.
We were able to reach an agreement quickly but I still needed to make up my mind on several minor part of our deal. Chris was very patient and cooperative as I made my decisions regarding those details and we drew up the final paperwork. From there they were able to take care of all the RMV paperwork and have me in my car within several days.

There are a lot of Mazda dealerships in Boston, many closer to my house, but I went to the one that gave me the best price. Also, there are cute puppies”

“Good and honest mechanics do exist and I found some with Bossi Auto. Phillip Bossi inherited this Wincher Auto shop from his father and kept it truly as an honest shop to go as far as I have experienced so far. Having to deal with some Cambridge and Arlington roadside shark mechanics, I must admit to my regret that I did not find this shop earlier in my own town. Phillip has two good mechanics in his shop with four car lifts. The shop is busy but not crowded. These mechanics might not say much but they are very experienced and know what they do. Price is not only competitive but very reasonable for those of us who need regular maintenance of their cars. The shop also inspects cars and provides stickers. The shop has enough parking outside and fortunately, tow truck drivers do not have to sweat to deliver the cars to the shop. I highly recommend this place for any car repair and inspection.”
“We needed to replace a car that was in an accident quickly when my insurance company gave me 7 days for a rental car when it was determined my Lexus was totaled Will not mention their name (SF) never a claim in 40 years, and it took 3 weeks to get a check for a the minimal amount, cancelled (SF) that day. But this review is for Northeast Auto Gallery. I always dreaded the used car buying experience, it was similar to a Proctologist appt, you knew what was coming.
After several used car lots met that exaptation, I found the vehicle we were looking for at NAG in Wakefield. Being from NH it was a hike to see the car and was well worth the drive. Garen was profession, personable, and most important likable. No pressure, with an exceptional offering of vehicles. Contrary to anyone I have come across in the used or new car market wait for it,,,,, he kept his word. We had a brake issue after the sale and had a local shop take care it. With all of this if you are looking for a premium use care check these guys out. (He does have a couple sweet vets on the lot)”

“Just had my whole brake system fixed by Clayton and Josh (a father-son duo) at Absolute Auto and I couldn’t be happier. While working on the brakes, Clayton noticed my tires needed rotating and balancing, so he just went ahead and did it—no extra hassle. He also checked my oil and topped it off. My brakes are silent now, the car stops great, and overall it drives and sounds way better. These guys do fantastic work, they’re honest, didn’t overcharge me, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. “I will always use Boston Town Car. I dropped my phone after exiting the sedan and did not know it. 5 minutes later I called Mack Sanchez who sent my driver back to allow me to look in the car to no avail. unbeknownst to me Mack and Arlen Dos Santos began calling my phone and after repeated attempts found my phone which some kind stranger had brought to the Air Canada counter. Then going beyond the call of duty Mack sent Arlen, my driver, back to the airport to find me and let me know where my phone was. He literally scoured the airport to find me. I burst into tears at the commitment of these two amazing employees who found my phone. I am a customer for life of Boston Town Car- they greatly exceeded my expectations!”
