“Before I came to Jax I had a horrible experience with Toyota in Woburn. I read the reviews for Jax and they were all positive so I decided to go and give this dealership a chance. Best decision I've ever made.. not only did I find a car I loved but Jason made the entire process easier then I could have imagined. All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. However, Jason managed to get in and get my plates and I had my car! Awesome customer service. I would recommend 10/10”

“I bought a very clean 2001 Ford F-150 from Ric. From the start he was a really helpful good guy. He helped me work through the RMV website for an unrelated issue that he had knowledge of the subject. As it was on older truck it was bound to have a problem or two. He was incredibly helpful and timely repairing the trucks check engine light and an issue with the power steering. I appreciate his attitude and responsiveness. Would go here first for a used car in the future before anywhere else. Thanks for your help Ric!”

“I have come here for years on scrap yard scrounging missions. I have always found that they have a lot of cars and being able to pull your own parts is a big plus. Not many places will let you do this any more. Their prices are very reasonable, sometimes negotiable, and they have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Be careful crossing the narrow bridge over the railroad tracks that leads to the yard. I give them five stars.”
“I popped in and asked if they could replace my mirror covers. I have a Mini and bought custom mirror covers. They took my car in the back, popped off my old ones and replace them with the new ones, and did not charge me. I was expecting to pay something. They were so nice. My husband has gone there a few times and has nothing but praise for them. THe office is nice and they seem very professional. We both highly recommend them.”
