They always only have one person working and lines going out the door. Need more help.

Got a new phone but they add things that I didn't want on the plan and when I got the phone I asked for a case. What she did is charge me for the case and screen protector which I didn't ask for. She did a bundle deal. She should ask if I wanted a screen protector. Watch out
