“Never been fitted for a bra before I came to Aerie. A very kind associate sized me and selected a few bras for me to try on. They weren't quite right so I asked for the next size up which is what I usually wear, and she brought them to the fitting room for me. She asked what I liked and didn't like about the bras and suggested a third for me, which I liked and was considering buying. She gave me a $20 coupon as a first time customer. At the register it turned out the coupon was only for specifically priced bras, which mine was excluded from, but the manager was sweet and overrode the price for me. I'm excited to try out my new bra and look forward to returning to this outlet in the future.”
“Almost a decade ago, I sold my travel bag that I used to go to Palestine to my sister. And now that I have kids, I needed a new one big enough to hold most of our stuff on my back. The bright colors in the window caught my attention.The courteous staff answered all my questions, looking in the back to see if they had what I needed.They didn't, and instead of trying to sell me on something else. They recommended I just go to the online shop. Online didn't have any other colors other than what they had in the store. So I think I will go back and reward reward that young man with whatever commissions they get for sales.”
