“Super nice owner. Brought my Ruger S9 compact in for a custom holster. Unfortunately he was pretty busy, but I look forward to coming back in the future when he can take more requests. He gave me honest opinions and some good info. I forgot my light at home, but he had plenty of lights from multiple companies for references. Ended up leaving with a standard pre-made holster that works heaps better than my current holster. I think he even gave me a military discount. Regardless, good experience, will definitely be back before I leave Massachusetts.”

“There’s no reason to shop anywhere else. I’ve been to other places for ski equipment they always fall short of my experiences at Sun and Ski. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they’ve always been very patient with any and all questions that I have and they have been consistent for the 10 years I’ve been going to them. Over the years I’ve been very happy with the the 3 sets of skis and two snowboards I’ve purchased for myself and family. Last year I made the mistake of picking up a set of skis elsewhere on a friend’s recommendation and promise that the shop was amazing, long story short, had nothing but problems because they put me in skis that weren’t right for me. Ultimately I went to the sun and ski in North Conway and they got me in a pair that I absolutely love. Unfortunately that was after wasting $850 on skis from the other shop. Today I went to sun and ski in pembroke and as always it was a great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have a performance guarantee. Save yourself the hassle and money and see them for anything ski/snowboard related.”

They were out of my size and a most articulate, well mannered salesperson named Nevaeh helped me. She went above and beyond and my experience because of her made me want to include aerie everything I go to the south shore mall. You don't always get people these days willing to do their job but to find someone who truly wanted to help with a smile made my experience extraordinary. I didn't find my leggings but did by something else because of this young lady. I was more than impressed and grateful!”

“Almost a decade ago, I sold my travel bag that I used to go to Palestine to my sister. And now that I have kids, I needed a new one big enough to hold most of our stuff on my back. The bright colors in the window caught my attention.The courteous staff answered all my questions, looking in the back to see if they had what I needed.They didn't, and instead of trying to sell me on something else. They recommended I just go to the online shop. Online didn't have any other colors other than what they had in the store. So I think I will go back and reward reward that young man with whatever commissions they get for sales.”
