Absolutely great folks here. Been twice now with issues. Now look, Xfinity phone customer service is absolutely terrible, and they even lie to you to get you off the phone, but in person, much different experience. They actually care and help you through your issues.

Shelly is the best. She explained all the options and gave great suggestions. She helped me activate multiples line. She also followed up to make sure everything went well. She has nice personality too!

I am in your Tremont street store and I have received the best customer service from Carolina and Julien today and on top of that I canceled my T-Mobile account and am now a xfinity customer. I couldn’t be happier.Sincerely,Carol Peterson
