“This is more of a review for their sales person Grace. Went in needing new running shoes and thought the 1080s were my solution. Thanks to Grace she offered to do the 3D foot scan, knew exactly what shoe was perfect for my feet (860s) and even helped me get a wider pair which fit my feet like a glove. The entire free foam wall can be overwhelming but any shoe I asked her about, she had the answer to. Gave her advice as a runner and her experience with all the different models of shoes. In the end the 860s were the best for me.
For a flagship I wish they had more options and inventory but you can go to the outlet right down the road and they have a wide selection of clothing.”

Also we ended up grabbing some sneakers and found out that we get a discounted price for working in the Immediate area he checked the list and we were good to go. Long story short. “When I originally called I asked if they had a Nike tech available for a kids birthday I was going to. She told me they had a “ton in stock” in the color I wanted. I got there and they didn’t even have 1. The store is pretty big … despite the size of it there’s not a great selection of shoes / clothing. Workers were quick with getting me a new size after I purchased a size down in sneakers”

“I love this store, everytime I go in I'm treated really nice and asked if I need help plus I'm always remembered bye the manager. I go in 3 or 4 times a year maybe a little more, I buy sneakers for my 9 year old grandson mostly but he always remembers me, I think that's just so cool!!! Ya I recommend Famous Footwear in Dorchester/Boston they treat there customers very well plus the shoes are awsome lol!!! Always a large variety to choose from!!!!”

“Updated:The store was closed when I went during hours, apparently a meeting ran long. The phone just went to a recording, and the main Vibram number said to email for accurate store hours.Kind of frustrating.Ultimately it was figured out that they are in fact open. The guy was very nice. It's mostly office space though, and they only have a few of their top lines on display and not necessarily a full range of sizes. So just be aware it's not a standard concept of a 'flagship' type location.”
