The front desk assistant lacked basic communication skills. This is not the place to go unless you are desperate and don't really care about being treated professionally. They are set up for routine services, but the whole vibe is one designed for second class citizens who don't deserve their care.

I have been bringing my kids here for 6 yrs. Overall the care, convenience and service is excellent. No place is perfect. Especially in Healthcare, there are so many pieces, it's impossible for everything to work without a miscommunication here & there. This place is Gold Standard in their industry.
