Amazing company. The best guarantee in the market, and I’ve looked at many other competitors guarantees. I know everything at Patagonia is pricey, but when you evaluate the amount that you’re paying versus the longevity of the product, as well as the overall vision and mission of the company, I think that it’s overall worth it.The store itself is really nicely laid out and there’s little bit of history on the space from before Patagonia moved in in 1988.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service here. Associates have been helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I went in to drop off my coat which had a zipper which had gone bad. I was told over the phone they would need to send it to get fixed which would take 8 to 10 weeks but when I went in they swapped the coat out for a new one. I was asked if I had an extra jacket, I said yes but not one I liked much. So thankful to have a new jacket for the rest of the season.

Absolutely fantastic experience as a first-time customer at this location! Associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped with my return. I was able to find 2 jackets for the return value of my original coat. Would definitely recommend this location to others and will stop back again next time I am on Newbury.

Went to several stores on Newbury Street looking for a winter coat, and Patagonia had the best customer service by far. We were helped by Jax, who was super friendly, helpful, and did everything possible to get us the best fit. Thank you, Jax!!

Great assortment on this branch. The staff members are friendly and make great recommendations. One time, I was looking for an out of season jacket, and they had it shipped all the way from Texas, free of charge!

While I don't regularly visit Patagonia stores (I shop online), this store is fabulous, well-lit, all the products displayed in such a way to see everything and easily find your size. In particular, Andrew was unbelievably helpful, very kind, resolved my situation without any difficulties - he is an asset to the company. I'll continue to visit this store regularly. Also, great sales.

Chill and helpful staff, along with a really vibrant atmosphere, makes this a great Patagonia store. The exclusive shirt is pretty sweet too. Patagonia as a brand is especially great as well. I highly recommend their gear and apparel. Take a visit here and you might find something you’ve always been looking for!

I cannot say enough great things about this Patagonia location and the individuals that work here! I came in on a busy Friday afternoon needing very specific item types, sizes, colors, etc. for a work task. Quinne, Sam, and James were BEYOND helpful, flexible, and kind, all while going above and beyond to ensure my specific (and complicated) needs were met. These individuals far exceed the bar when it comes to customer service! Also, the store had an incredible range of products to choose from in all sizes I needed. I'd recommend this specific store to everyone I know if I could! Thank you so much to Quinne, Sam, James, Alex, and the rest of the excellent Patagonia Newbury crew!

At first I feel like Alex Honnold, but I remember I can barely walk up 4 flights of stairs without getting winded so I leave after buying a t-shirt that costs $70 for some reason.

Beautiful store and a huge Patagonia fan. The customer service from the male employees was great and were extremely friendly and open. The women employees on the other hand seemed like I was just bothering them and not a paying customer. I also thought it was extremely cheap and disappointing that they only give customers one sticker knowing it's a tourist location. Only complaint was spending $400 at the store and not being able to get more than one cheap little sticker. The ladies in this store need to lighten up. Amazing how a million dollar company is so stingy about giving out stickers

Came in today with my husband and baby daughter to do a bit of a spree for my husband and I. Between shopping bags, heavy coats and a squirming crazed child the sales associate (young man - very nice) who let us into the fitting room for my hubby didn't bat an eye (and automatically put us in a large room) when we all went in together. He clearly had kids/siblings and understood the madness that splitting us up with the kiddo at that moment would cause. A few minutes into my hubby trying to clothes we get a frantic knocking on the door and someone shrieks "we don't allow more than one person in the room!! We don't allow more than one person in the room!!" (Female sales associate - chartreuse sweater). First of all - what could we be doing wrong in there? All being crammed in the room was doing was keeping our kiddo under control. Secondly, we were allowed in. The rooms are locked. How could we have snuck in without another employees' permission? What if someone in that room needed assistance? Their system is literally that you can only go into a room with an employees permission - permission was granted. After a long day of shopping (btw Saks, Neiman, North Face, Polo, J Crew, Moncler & more had NO issue with letting us all in together) the idea of making my daughter "leave" my husband was beyond stressful and totally ruined my shopping trip. Daughter was a squirming angry mess after we went outside. I had a whole list of women's items I wanted to snag downstairs but after that, all I wanted to do was leave. Being "scolded" for something we were allowed to do, while having already spent hundreds and planning on spending thousands, was icky. Patagonia shipping is really fast and I don't ever have to go back to this location. Bonus star for the two lovely gentlemen working - cash register and the associate upstairs who graciously saw frazzled parents and wanted to make our day (and shopping) easier. Having kids isn't a pass to do whatever you want, but having compassion for people who have kiddos at the end of their rope goes a long way towards being a decent human.
