The gilr who works in there is useless. Rather rude and isn't able to help very much. I would rather go to S. Bay store

The customer service agent Maritza was knowledgeable and very courteous. she even managed to handle a disruptive customer without missing a step in what she was doing for me. Thumbs up to her
