Be sure to double-check your receipts at the airport. The woman at the desk charged me for services I very specifically declined but showed up in tiny print on the charge estimate, ultimately doubling my rental cost at return. So far, the company won't refund the charge. Will not use Hertz again in Boston or elsewhere.

Had a great experience with Bobby and Hassan upon our car rental return. Those guys are amazing and totally improved the bad experience I had with other members of the team upon pickup.
