The facilities and car were good. Agent Kay however was unfriendly and rude from beginning to end, very unfortunate and unprofessional, not only to myself but other clients as well.

I was going to miss my flight but Bobby & Mohammad We’re super accommodating and drove me to my gate after I dropped off my rent! Amazing customer service

Agreed. Avoid at all cost. Be warned, tollway is expensive make sure plan for the electronic tolls. Hard to get inside the airport, hard to get out of the airport. Busy, constructions, one way traffic, painful. Transit without having to exit the airport is fine.
