    Booked a rental car 4 weeks ago and when I arrived they told me I would have to wait over an hour for a car to become available. There are over 20 people waiting in line for a rental car and only 2 people working. Ridiculous.     TERRIBLE. We were forced to upgrade because the only car available was EV. The vehicle we had to pay to upgrade to was trashed, empty drinks, dirty napkins and an empty gas tank. Do not rent from Dollar.
