CVS Pharmacy, located at 631 Washington St in Boston, is a convenient place for everyday essentials and medications. The store is well-stocked with various products, including toiletries and over-the-counter medications, making it easy to find what shoppers need. Customers appreciate the fast service, especially those who rely on it for quick purchases, such as first aid items and cold drinks. The self-checkout stations are fast and easy to use, although some items, like refrigerated products and makeup remover wipes, are locked, requiring assistance from staff. While the pharmacy staff is generally helpful and efficient, there can be occasional waits during busy times. However, many recognize the hardworking staff, who manage the busy atmosphere well. Overall, CVS is seen as a reliable option for quick shopping trips, providing a solid selection of items and fast service in a central location, despite some minor inconveniences.
This CVS seems quite messy and disorganized compared to other locations.

Shop in the centre, well stocked and very friendly staff.

The CVS on William Howard Taft is filthy. The drive-up window, especially, looks like a germ-fest. It’s not at all what a health organization should look like. The Walgreens across the way is much much cleaner. Both inside and out.
