This CVS store in Boston has mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and friendly atmosphere, with one reviewer calling it the best CVS they have visited and praising the kindness of the employees. A manager named Korey was highlighted for going above and beyond to assist a customer, and another manager, John Soldana, was recognized for resolving a negative experience and making it better. The pharmacy staff are described as patient and service-oriented, offering helpful recommendations when items like tamiflu are out of stock. However, some concerns were raised about security measures, such as locks on many items, which some feel are inconvenient and may be related to theft issues in the area. Additionally, there were complaints about long wait times at the pharmacy, with one customer waiting 40 minutes and experiencing disconnection issues. Overall, the store is seen as friendly and helpful but also faces challenges with wait times and security.
This is the second CVS store in Boston, and they have locks on many of their items. Is there a significant amount of theft happening in Boston or these neighborhoods? So inconvenient. The Walgreens does not seem to have this same issue.

Very helpful pharmacist. They didn't have tamiflu in stock but they kindly recommended a CVS nearby that did have it in stock. She was very patient and service oriented.
