“Stopped in here to deposit cash ahead of transpacific post-holiday travel, and ended up having a genuinely good coffee experience.
The coffee itself was excellent. The aroma from the Verve Coffee setup was immediately noticeable and genuinely intoxicating in the best way. For Capital One cardholders, the 50 percent discount makes this an extremely good value, especially by Seaport standards. At that price point, the quality easily clears expectations.
The croissant was fine but unremarkable. Perfectly serviceable, but not something I would go out of my way for or feel compelled to comment on under normal circumstances. Macarons were offered as a bonus, which was a nice touch, though they leaned too sweet for my taste.
Service was polite but slightly performative. While waiting for my order, there was a bit of hovering that felt unnecessary. I was clearly just standing there waiting, no help required. Not a real complaint, more an observation that the scripted attentiveness occasionally overshoots the moment.
Overall, this worked very well for what it is. Convenient location, especially if you are heading toward Logan, strong coffee, and excellent value with a Capital One card. I would not treat it as a destination cafe, but as a practical and surprisingly satisfying stop when you already need to be there.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was impressed with Danny today. I was having trouble getting a response on my application for a Chase credit card, so I thought I might as well try asking someone for just an explanation as to what was going on. I came in expecting to be turned away to online resources, but Danny was super thorough in not only finding out the source of my issue but putting in a new application with me. He answered my questions honestly and with a great attitude all the time. 30 minutes after I came out with a new credit card.”

“Okay, I’m a young millennial and opened my account online. It was easy and seamless. I got my card everything was fine until I had to get a replacement card. You can’t get a replacement card at the branch OR a virtual card, you have to wait till it comes in the mail and I really hope they change this to become more efficient because waiting 5-7 business days for a card is inefficient in modern times. Other than that, the mobile app is great and easy to use. TIP: Link your bank with another bank to transfer money between them if you’re waiting on your card. On the phone customer service is amazing. No comments on the bank tellers.”

“The systems of Chase are a bit crazy and we had a lot of issues to do 2 things we thought should be easy. With one of them, there was a major technical issue and we were there for 2 hours. The only reason this rating is high is because of Muhammad. He was so very helpful and did everything he could do to fix the issue. He also did it with patience, a smile, and humor.”
