“Okay, I’m a young millennial and opened my account online. It was easy and seamless. I got my card everything was fine until I had to get a replacement card. You can’t get a replacement card at the branch OR a virtual card, you have to wait till it comes in the mail and I really hope they change this to become more efficient because waiting 5-7 business days for a card is inefficient in modern times. Other than that, the mobile app is great and easy to use. TIP: Link your bank with another bank to transfer money between them if you’re waiting on your card. On the phone customer service is amazing. No comments on the bank tellers.”

“I was there on August 18, and a very professional, kind, Asian woman helped me with my transaction. It was a somewhat hefty transaction and she made me feel at ease by asking for my ID and verifying certain information. She made sure I was able to see her every move regarding this transaction to ensure it was properly done correctly. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. She even thanked me for being a loyal customer for over a decade. This is the first time ever having a customer representative thank me for being loyal to this banking establishment. I couldn’t believe she said that! I wish I could have thanked her more for being a prime example of what customer service should be like. I also wished there was a section I could have written this on the survey they sent but of course they don’t include additional comments. This woman should be rewarded for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond for me and I felt very welcomed. I wish I got her name but unfortunately I was in a rush. I hope this review gets to her and her manager because she was the most sincere, respectful and genuine person I’ve met working at Citizens Bank.”
