“Great staff here at Billerica Sullivan. I brought my SUV in last week for tires. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the wheels during the install. It happens. Mistakes get made sometimes. It's all good. The team immediately addressed the situation, set up a rental car for me, and brought my car to a professional wheel refinishing company in Waltham. "The Wheel fix". Wheels look impeccable after the repairs and the Sullivan team waived/covered all costs. They then brought my car back to the shop and reinstalled the tires for no cost. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Gene and Matt from the shop, and Alex with the claims department. Definitely a class act from this company.”
