“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I've taken multiple cars to him for repair and every time it was done right and for a very fair price. He also explains the repair and doesn't treat me like I'm an idiot.I even took one repair to him and had him tell me there was an extended warranty from Toyota on the particular failure and that I should call the dealer. I knew it would be a good shop on my first visit when I overheard a conversation between the shop owner and a customer. They were just shooting the breeze but the language and values expressed in their exchange was truly wholesome. When I had some issues with my insurance coordinating payment for a repair, Ruben took ownership of the situation and got me all squared off. It was better service than what my insurance company provided! I go here for routine maintenance and anything else that comes up! I highly recommend this shop. They don't try to overcharge you for things and are honest and diligent about repairs.”
