I had a good experience with this Staples tech department. My laptop was showing a strange error message and the young man who helped me knew immediately what it was and how to fix it. Totally satisfied. He made the whole experience easy and was easy to talk to.

Staples is nearby and nearly always has what I need.
On the other hand, they constantly ask you for feedback, even on trivial purchase, on those which you may not even have unpacked, or on durable goods on the durability of which you could not possibly yet comment.
