My experience was 100% positive. Tim fixed a ding in my windshield in about 20 minutes. Still looks great after a month. Office waiting area was nice and frosty even on a hot summer day. While I was waiting I saw a couple other customers who were helped and the Safelite employees were all friendly and helpful.

My daughter had her windshield repaired here last fall and came to realize after the fact that there was something wrong with the repair done by a technician who no longer works at the location. Michael took care of everything and was extremely helpful and professional. Kudos and thanks!
