“I had a grinding noise coming from my front passenger tire on my 2000 Tacoma 4WD that I’d been neglecting until the sound got a lot worse while I was running errands in Beverly. Called a few shops and SO GLAD I found this one. These guys were able to get me in same day, diagnose the problem as needing a wheel bearing replacement, and got me out with a reasonable price in a short amount of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I really felt they provided trustworthy, professional service.”

“Kudos to Mike, the owner of Bridge Street Auto. My mother got an oil change there and within days, oil was leaking. Since Bridge Street Auto was closed on the weekend I had to bring the car to another service station where they discovered that when the oil change was done, the mechanic accidentally (hey we're all human and we all make mistakes) did not tighten the filter inside the housing unit which caused the oil to leak . The service station cleaned up the oil, replaced the filter and oil. The charge including the labor was $250. I contacted Mike on Monday so that he was aware of what happened and how it cost us $250. Without any hesitation at all, his response was "bring me the receipt and I will take care of it".He reimbursed my mother the $250 and was so apologetic and kind. This is how a true business man should be. Thank you for stepping up and taking responsibility. Very professional guy.”

“Brought my car in this week for a few different issues, most of which were fixed on Wednesday, one of which had to wait until Friday. Mildly inconvenient but good communication (and free rides back and forth to my workplace) made it all work out. Very clear information on work that was needed, which things should be fixed right away and which could be delayed a bit and the costs. I just had it all taken care of at once, but there have been times when I needed to stretch things out over a few paychecks and I appreciated knowing my options. Good customer service!”

“I was made aware of this place because of a AAA call for a dead battery. The tow driver (Cody) was amazing. Took the time to check my battery even though I had called for and fully expected a tow. Instead, he ran a few tests, determined that the battery I had been sold by the dealership was bad and still under warranty, jumped the battery, and advised me to get to the dealership to get a free battery replacement. Saved me money and turned out to be much less than what the dealership was scaring me into over the phone when they insisted it was more than the battery. Fast forward and now I've been dealing with a check engine light and a problem with the gas tank shut off coming on immediately when fueling. Chris got my car in and was so helpful. He listened carefully and made sure to have everything that I was concerned about looked into. The mechanic, Gary, came back with a diagnostic, which unfortunately they can't resolve at the shop, but also checked on a break noise for me by taking the car for a drive. Turned out to be rust and nothing serious. They spent their valuable time looking at my car and giving me some honest advice for next steps... and didn't charge me a penny. Dealerships always try to rip you off, but not New Beverly Auto Clinic. If they could do the needed repair, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.”
