When I picked up the new phone 2 days later he changed everything over for me, cleared my old phone and helped me synch my Apple Watch with my iPhone. Lovely young man. He’s a keeper!”

They are willing to answer any questions you have and they truly want to make sure you leave their store completely satisfied. I was only visiting to pick up an online order and they didn't try to get me to buy things or sign up for anything. Great guys.”

“This was my first time in this AT&T store location. I was assisted by Manny with an online verification issue I had with a pre-order.Manny helped me in-store with pre-ordering an S24 Ultra and made the process very quick and easy!A couple of days later after I received my phone, I went back to the store and Manny helped me with transferring all of my data from my previous phone.Manny is a valuable asset to AT&T and his customer service skills are top notch. He is friendly, always smiling and has a positive attitude! I will be going back to this location and will refer my friends and family because of the amazing help Manny provided!”

“I went to this store with two issues on different phones, I tried for two hours to turn up brightness as it was so dark could not see where adjustment was. The tech Ivan found it in two seconds. Other issue was my other phone was being taken over by pop ups. I've been trying to figure it out for over a month and Ivan in a matter of five min, no .more.... This employee was extremely knowledgeable as well as very pleasent person. I went in frustrated and ticked off went out laughing. Phone working as it did when I first got it. Great asset to buisness”

“I'm sharing this because I've had a couple of bad experiences at this store, but it's the closest and pretty well stocked with everything you need, just some people aren't meant to deal with people, BUT, I had the BEST experience today...I had a couple of issues and Tyler was super helpful, informative and even saved me money on my monthly bill by pointing out stuff on my account. Most of the times places want to upsell stuff, this guy saw an opportunity for me to save money and did the right thing.
