Today (7/17/2024) I drive my car (Volvo XC90) take 2 new tires to the shop, no apoinment, the service engineer replaced the 2 tires for me soon, only 20 USD for each tire, this is the best auto shop I met in USA, honest, diligent, real American.”
“I had a nail in one of my tires and was slowly leaking. Walked in to the shop and was attended immediately. After accessment, the tire was not repairable because it was close to the sidewall. My tires are all around 7/32 thread depth. They offered a used tire that was very similar in thread depth for a reasonable price, including balancing and installation. Was in and out in 1 hour. Pretty good for a walk in. While waiting, many people also dropped by and asked for help either for alignment or replacing a tire. Highly recommended. I prefer local shops to chains and this is why.”

“Brakes were making a really loud grinding noise when I was driving. I work full time and have a 1.5 year old daughter I drive to daycare every day. Needless to say, I was worried about having to get my car into the shop and wait several hours, days, weeks to get this service done. Corey solved my problem within two hours and he came to my house! “We had everyone’s car nightmare, a flat tire just before a holiday weekend roadtrip. Susan at Direct Tire promised and delivered. We brought the sad tire in and, as AAA predicted, it was beyond repair. At 5:30 on Thursday night before the Labor Day weekend, Susan, Service Advisor extrordinaire, tracked down the quirky tire and had us on the road by the next morning.

“Not much needs to be said here, except this is mechanic you can trust. Reasonable prices for repairs (I know everything is relative). I priced a couple "major" jobs comparing dealer, Advance, and another shop. Advance was the most comprehensive with best price each time. Other positive factors- he's local and open Mon - Fri to 6, Sat to 3.”
“I have never received such quality customer service related to my car. I called them in a panic as the day prior I had my tires rotated at a dealership, where the technician at that dealership forgot to tighten the nuts that connected my tire to my vehicle. They took me immediately, despite it being 1.5 hours before they closed on a holiday weekend. They assured me that if they couldn't look at my car today they would give me a loner vehicle for free so I could continue to work. after returning at 20 minutes to close, my car was inspected for further issues, a video taken of the problem so I could go back to the dealership, and they had decided not to charge me for the mechanic's time. I believe this is one of the last honest mechanic shops around, and I will use them for all future services.”
