Competent.Fairly priced.They have done wonders with a car that transports a grand dog, goes to the beach, the dump, and all around the village. Very pleased!”
“I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Center! The owner Saeed was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Saeed & his mechanics work!! The total price for the repairs was less than what he estimated too! My elderly father and I were on vacation in Hyannis. As we were getting ready to drive home my car started making noises. I stopped at another mechanic’s shop and was told they were booked solid & couldn’t help us. Then we stopped in at a store to grab something and I asked them if they could recommend a good mechanic. They said Quality Auto was great and they were just around the corner. So we went there and the owner greeted us as I pulled in, I explained our situation and he said he would take the car for a ride to see what the noise was. I could see they were very busy & he said well there’s always emergencies & he was happy to help. Saeed took the car and said it was the wheel bearings and it was not safe to drive the hour & a half home.He also noticed that the brakes needed to be replaced as well & he could replace them at the same time. I said do whatever you need to do to get us home safely! He said they could fix it & have it done by 4:30/5:00. I called the hotel to see if we could stay another night to make it easier on all of us. I was beyond grateful at this point, he even offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. I thought I’d order an Uber or Lyft to bring us back in the morning to pickup the car but he offered to come back to the hotel to pick us up & even put the suitcases in the car for me. Talk about service! I couldn’t be more impressed & pleased!”

“My mom has taken her Prius to four other places on the Cape to get worked on and has gotten ripped off every time. I decided to call this place and drop it off for her to get some ignition coils and spark plugs. They were reasonably priced, and the car was done 2 hours after I dropped it off. And they didn't hold her car hostage and say 15 other things needed to be replaced. Crazy huh? Nice guys too, definitely recommend.”

“Grown up on Cape....never been-- always went to Jiffy lube because it was just comfortable and convenient (so i thought). I kept hearing people tell me to "go to Mobil 1" and i did. “Had a tire blowout while traveling through Orleans. While waiting for AAA to arrive and install the spare, I phoned Cape and Island Tire to check and see if they had the tires I needed in stock, and if they could fit me in for service that afternoon. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and they told me if I arrived by 4:15, they could do the job. I got the shop around 3:30 and was out of there 20 minutes later with two new tires. Great service!”
