I rented an aerator with a deposit and confirmation and arrived to find it was rented to someone else. I had to drive far so I also confirmed via phone that it was available. Very poor management and customer service at this location.

Customer service is in dire needs of improvement at this location. Came in contact with two agents that were not attentive. When asked where to find the item each worker sent me to ask the other and the response was that they dont work in that department- quite dismissive Disappointing experience
