“This location is very neatly stocked up, which made finding the exact blinds we were looking for a quick & simple process. Before looking around for someone to answer a couple of quick questions, a helpful associate seemingly read our minds & magically appeared.. and with all the answers too! After that, we proceeded to checkout, conveniently spotting both "cash and/or card" and "card only" registers at self-checkout, finishing up our trip here in 5-10mins. Definitely the Lowes I'll go from now on.”

“Went there yesterday on 11/15 and purchased vertical blinds needed them cut they did not have someone available to cut but the manager was great she gladly stepped in figured it out and cut them exactly what I needed to they were great very helpful and give him five stars would definitely recommend going back to the store and seeing the manager not sure what her name was but she was a younger woman with dark hair and glasses”

“This shop has everything for remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and floors. They have very nice showroom setups for kitchen cabinets with matching back splashes. The tiles are quality and trendy. Their prices are however slightly above moderate but there's ample parking available.”

She saw that I needed help and offered to cut the blinds I needed for meZ she also gave me good advice on sizing the blinds and even helped me find some set screws I needed by looking them up and telling me exactly what aisle and bay they were in. “Went in very early this morning (1/17/2024) (7:30 am or so) for a pick-up order; it wasn't ready yet because I ordered it in the middle of the night (lol); but Jeanine at the Customer Service desk was so nice and went out of her way to find my item. “This review is a month over due. But I need to thank the staff at the Quincy location. I was in need of custom shelves. I called before I made my way and spoke to Derek from the lumber department. He was super helpful and provided an estimate of how much my shelves might cost. I arrived shortly after and was led to a man named Curtis. Curtis showed me various options and then cut the wood into shelves. Also, I expressed my need to build or find a a desk and with the extra material, Curtis went out of his way to actually build me a desk so quickly! A whole desk ! Curtis went above and beyond providing me with the best service ever. Curtis you're amazing - the best!! Leaving, a young guy named Philip was outside gathering carts. He helped me to load everything in my car and was so patient. The Quincy team is really awesome. Thank you all for your great service!”

“Wow!!! Amazing Kitchen Designer at Home Depot: his name is Gerry Earle and he is the best. We shopped around all over the south shore and were ready to put together an IKEA kitchen ourselves - had three designs and quotes for cabinets and countertops and just wanted a reasonably priced kitchen. He designed it! I had no idea Home Depot was such a good option - - the kitchen is going to be within budget and with Woodmark cabinets and corian countertops - very handsome! He is so knowledgeable, creative and smart! So patient and always listening to us - this is our first and last kitchen design - We are really grateful!”

“I went to Lowe's Dedham the day after Black Friday, when stores were still packed. I found a dishwasher on an incredible deal that fit exactly what I was looking for; one employee was really struggling to set up the purchase for me, since there were none left in stock. They were about ready to give up when another employee, Sean Austin, came over and offered to help. He then spent a solid 20+ minutes with me sorting out placing the order and answering questions; since the vendor couldn't provide ETA estimates over the weekend, he gave me his email and said he'd follow up for me on Monday. He did follow up, and even managed to coordinate an accelerated delivery for me. After an issue with the install team (not Lowes' fault), he did extra work once again to ensure there were no hiccups for my installation. The experience made it feel like I went to a small local appliance shop service-wise - it's not something I've ever experienced at a large global retailer, and I still can't believe how positive an experience it was, especially compared to much less positive experiences at Lowes' primary competitor. I will 100% go to Lowe's for my next appliance thanks to this experience. Thank you Sean!!!”
