“I brought my car here for some repairs after an accident. Everyone in their front office was so friendly and helpful from my initial call through the entire process. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well! They are conveniently located right next to an Enterprise as well, making for an easy rental car experience. If I unfortunately need repair work again, I will certainly return.”

“Just wow!!!. I was in a bind, transmission module needed. I called Imperial, where I bought my dually diesel truck in Mendon MA on July 15th. I told them I knew the problem, but a dealership had to do the job. They told me they could get me in on August 28th!! I said I really need my work truck by July 19th. Nope, they had employees out on vacation. Service after the sale? Nope. My husband called around, and Tasca was able to get me in on the 17th and have my truck back by the 22nd. I borrowed my husband's truck for the weekend. They had my truck done before promised. I can't say enough about how I was treated at this dealership when I wasn't even a customer. Thank you!!! Follow up, needed them again, got me in right away to troubleshoot a problem. Very happy with the service.”

“The lady behind the counter tested my battery and confirmed it was weak but charged. She showed me 3 options for my battery. All were a stronger cca rating than my car's factory battery. Chose one with no sales pressure. There was a small installation fee. An OBD setting saver device was used during replacement. The new battery cleared the check engine code my car had. My online Google search had shown the code could be caused by a weak battery!”

Had a mishap on a trip south on my Goldwing...flat tire, non repairable. Called them, and they had a replacement tire and had a truck out to pick me up in about 30-40 minutes. Service manager Josh , truck driver(forgot his name), service tech(didn't get his name), and owner Jeremy were great. Total time to back on the road about 2 hours.”
“I contacted 4 shops after my accident and I chose Auburn Auto Body for my repairs. it was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made! When dealing with the aggravation of an auto accident, it's nice to have someone working for your best interests. Jim and his lovely wife Jane helped me through the process! They dealt with the insurance agency on my behalf, kept me informed of all progress along the way and came in about a week ahead of the scheduled timeline! Jane handled all the paperwork and formalities with the insurance company. When I picked up my 2023 Toyota, it looked (and performed) like a brand new car again! Thanks Jim and Jane! Hope I never have another accident but if I do, I'll be back!”

“The man who helped me, named Josue, the manager of the store in Auburn, Ma. He was awesome. I walked in needing a terminal and he tried his hardest to make it fit. But it didn’t work. So he went back in to grab a new terminal, however the wire was too short so he had to cut some plastic to reach more wire and ended up fixing the terminal. My car now starts fine and the check engine light turned off. He went out of his way to help me which I would not have been able to do myself.”

“Had to replace a drive tire and a trailer tire. Called and got what I consider a fair price for the quote. They were working on my rig within 15 min of arriving. Took just about an hour to do the work. The people in the office are super nice and were welcoming. Ended up paying less than what was quoted because the service advisor came up with a better plan for the tires, and she ended up saving me $100. They definitely earned a repeat customer.
Will be bringing my rig to them whenever I am in the area and need tire repair.
(They also do road service)”
