Were able to find a way to squeeze me in on Friday when I called Wednesday, even though they were short-staffed for the holidays. Going in, I thought I needed to replace both my catalytic converters, breaks, and headlights. Before starting work, they sent me a link that showed a full detailed diagnosis with pictures, which allowed me to accept or deny jobs! “Shane was absolutely incredible! I was in a car accident and my alignment was horribly off. Also almost every panel of the car was damaged. The car looks and drives brand new. This car is only a year old and all of my systems were back online with no issues. The team at Spellane did the work very quickly. They had my car for 6 weeks but feel they would’ve gotten it done in 2 weeks or less if it wasn’t for part delays and my insurance company dragging their feet. Thankfully Shane gave me constant updates and was very good at estimating when they would complete the work so I could adjust the amount of time I would need my rental for. Shane was also extremely flexible and helpful with having my rental picked up directly from the shop and the time I could pick up my car because I work unusual hours.
