A very rude, angry, and sarcastic employee behind the desk. She scolded me and two other clients before me for asking questions that seemed too obvious for her.

I tried to ship something internationally. The lady told me to “go back to Somerville” as she did not want to help me shipping international packages. This post office is close to where I live Somerville - this was so unnecessary.
