“I am surprised to see the previous reviews with only 1 star.... Everytime, my husband and I go there, from the tellers to the bank manager they have consistently been great! I would go even beyond that and say that I feel like they have my back. Carolina Yong is really an exceptional employee, she looked at our account, told us that our rate for our HELOC was too high, convinced us to switch and thanks to her that we are saving almost 250$ a month. And whenever there is an offer that she thinks we will benefit, she always send an e-mail. This is above and beyond one could expect from their bank, thus I highly recommend this bank without any reservation.”

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of stress and worries about a process that I wasn't familiar with. The team at Leader Bank made all my worries go away, laid out everything out in detail, answered all questions I had, were VERY quick and efficient in responding to time-sensitive requests, etc. I feel as if I have built a relationship with the team members where I can reach out anytime with questions even after closing.
